MANAGEMENT
FEE STRUCTURE

Any other transaction or any exit shall entitle the brand realty team to 1% transaction handling fee.

Profit above 18% per annum shall be shared 25% with brand realty as their performance fee.

There is no minimum guarantee & all risk factors to be well understood by the investor before entry.

Investors are responsible for third-party costs except costs in legal matters, if any, of proprietary products which are borne by brandrealty.
