CONCEPT ::
The company is focused on researching and identifying good investment opportunities in Real Estate which have the potential to give above average returns. Group members can co-invest alongwith company and enjoy benefits similar to bulk deals structuring. Ideal investments will be in land based development projects in early stages.
ROLE OF THE COMPANY ::
To research and do due diligence of various opportunities covering feasibility aspects like growth prospects, Promoters background validation if co investing, legal vetting of title documents, due diligence of all approvals process, prevailing prices, assessment of end product pricing and exit strategy, etc.
WHO CAN BE A MEMBER ::
Presently there are more than 150 investors in the group, most of them have been closely associated with the company for more than ten years. New members are usually referred by existing members. Persons who can invest atleast Fifty Lakhs plus in single investment can be members of the group. The company believes in natural growth through referrals based on its track record with existing members.
MEMBERSHIP FEE ::
There is no membership fee but members who do atleast one transaction per year with the company can look forward to continuity of various services from the company.
WHAT THE MEMBERS WILL GET FROM THE COMPANY:
Investment ideas from time to time. Complete hand holding in the process of investing. Educative Seminars / meetings for members from time to time. Free information about basic matters like market pricing, legal matters, etc. Fee based services for mandated deals, litigation matters, etc.
